We are mainly transitioning to distance learning

​​​​​​​SeAMK will mainly transition to distance learning on December 7th, 2020. The decision is valid until December 31st, 2020.

Distance learning involves all teaching but laboratory, simulation and small group work, which can be carried out in groups of up to 20 people. Teachers will inform students in more detail about the practicalities later. SeAMK offers face masks for all small group work.

The SeAMK Library and EXAM are still open. Please follow the given safety guidelines when visiting EXAM-rooms or SeAMK Library. Sodexo’s restaurants and Café Tsumppi inform about their own opening hours on their websites.

The earlier recommendation about remote work is still valid. However, the Campus is open, and working on campus is possible when following the safety guidelines. Attention must still be paid to the use of face masks. We use face masks whenever there are more than one people in the same room.

SeAMK’s Security Management Team constantly monitors the development of the coronavirus situation. We are constantly reviewing our activities in cooperation with the health authorities of the region. We will inform you immediately of any changes.
