Qualification for nurses educated outside EU/ETA area
Are you a nurse educated outside EU/ETA countries? At SeAMK you have a possibility to study and become a licenced registered nurse in Finland.
Registered nurses who are educated outside EU/ETA areas have a possibility to study nursing at SeAMK and become registered nurses in Finland.
You can start your studies with flexible (non-stop) in our open university of applied sciences.
Studies follow multimodal approach combining online and contact lessons. This gives you a chance to include studies into your personal life.
Studies last approximately 1,5-2 years depending on your previous education.

 - Medication and fluid care and other professional studies
 - Clinical trainings
 
Language skills
- You can start your studies in English and study Finnish language at the same time
 - We recommend that you aim your Finnish language skills to be on a level B1
 - Our clinical training places offer supervision bilingually aiming at Finnish to be your work language
