Intercultural Competence at Work - a new publication

This publication consists of papers presented at an online international symposium “Intercultural Competence at Work” organized by SeAMK on 19 November 2020. The event concluded the project PROMINENCE, the aim of which was to enhance intercultural awareness and competence by producing interactive online material for higher education. The presenters were free to choose between a theoretical or practical approach or introduce a case study. Consequently, the papers deal with topics ranging from discussions on interculturalism and global mindset to pedagogic implementations of courses in multilingual and intercultural environments.
